Simple Cake

Butter 8 ounces
Sugar 8 ounces
Flour 8 ounces
Eggs 4
Baking powder 2 tsp heaped
Milk ¼ cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Yellow color few drops
Method
Sieve together flour and baking powder and keep aside. Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy add vanilla essence, start adding your eggs one by one alternating with sieved mixture of flour and baking powder 1 tbsp at a time, lastly add fold in the remaining flour with milk and yellow color, pour mixture into well greased loaf tin or into paper lined muffin tray, bake in a pre heated oven on no. 4 or 180 degree C for 35 minutes, remove, cool and serve.


Chapli kabab

Ingredients
Mince ½ kg
Butter 2 ounce
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Crushed coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
Pomegranate seeds crushed 1 tbsp
Wheat flour 3 tbsp
Eggs 2
Spring onion 2 chopped
Tomato 1 sliced
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 4
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Ghee for frying


Method


In a bowl mix together mince ½ kg
Butter 2 ounce
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Crushed coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
Pomegranate seeds crushed 1 tbsp
Wheat flour 3 tbsp
Eggs 2
Spring onion 2 chopped
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 4
Salt 1 ½ tsp well, keep aside for 1 hour, make into big kababs, shallow fry in ghee, fix 1 slice tomato onto each kabab before frying. Fry light golden.
